Drugs tested on animal fetus may not necessarily demonstrate the same on a woman. Doctors advice pregnant women to exercise at least for 20 minutes thrice in a week. But avoid deep knee bends, touching the toes and other exercises which will risk your tummy. Staying in shape will help in the reduction of labor pain. Causes of Breast Cancer

Cancer relates to the group of diseases that have some common things in them. They start developing in the cells which are the basic unit of life. Cells are being destroyed on getting cancer. Breast cancer is such a type of cancer which is mostly found in women. Usually women under the age of 35 are not prone to breast cancer. But women of age above 40 and 50 are highly vulnerable. The changes in the shape of breasts are also clear indications. But one should remember that changes are evident as they grow older. Hence a clinical test will be sufficient. The early detection and treatment will help in faster curing of the disease. The treatment methodology heavily depends on the age, menopausal status, general health and size of breasts. It is always better to be preventive. Breast cancer cases are on their increasing note. Hence women must have constant clinical tests to remain healthy.
